Shipping Options

1. FREE SHIPPING ANYWHERE IN THE WORLD.

Once payment in processed, orders will be dispatched by air freight within 24 hours to country of destination. Order processing and delivery times may be delayed at times such as during Christmas, New Year, Easter and other holiday periods. Although www.beautive.com cannot guarantee delivery times, we do our best to process orders as soon as we receive them.

The orders will be carried on by registered post (signature required) to your home address (Excluding P.O. Boxes and Military Addresses).

For shipping to PO Boxes/APO/FPO Addresses, we can only ship by non-registered post to such addresses as this is the only method that does not require a signature on receipt. Please note if you choose this option, which we don't recommend, you are accepting liability for non delivery for whatever reason. Non-registered post cannot be tracked.

2. Express Delivery.

Customers worldwide have the option of paying a small premium for delivery in 3-5 days by Express Mail (Excluding P.O. Boxes and Military Addresses).

Rates for Express Mail shipping are:
1. USA (including Hawaii and Alaska), Australia and Oceania, Asia.    
    - US$11.75 per order
2. All of Europe, Middle East, Rest of the World                 
    - US$16.75 per order

3. Package Tracking.

Orders with a Post Reference number beginning with RR or RA are sent by Registered Airmail.

The reference number cannot be used for tracking purposes, but can be used to inquire at your local post office after about 10 working days to see if your package has arrived.

Orders with a Post Reference number beginning with EE are sent by Speedpost. You can track your order using the Post Reference number at Speedpost Package Tracking.

We currently regularly ship to customers in over 100 countries worldwide.

The majority of countries, including the U.S.A., Australia, Japan, Korea, do not charge customs duty on small packages dispatched by air post.

Overall the world is moving towards free trade and we hope and anticipate this trend will continue and accelerate. Customers living in Canada, however, will be required to pay customs duty (6.5%), a handling fee(CAD$5.00), plus GST and PST (in some provinces) when they pick up parcels.

Customers living in other countries may also be required to pay customs, taxes, and duty in accordance with local laws and regulations. While Beautive may optionally elect to cover these taxes on a voluntary case-by-case basis, we are unfortunately not able to cover them in all cases but will do what we can to assist. Upon payment of a customs charge, please scan the customs receipt and email us a copy of the receipt to info.en@beautive.com. We will then evaluate your request within 3-6 weeks of receipt.
