Notes
Our site is aimed at customers who have already purchased and experienced the product,
either its use in the case of skincare, or smell in terms of perfume, or color in terms of
make up.
Returns
We guarantee money back refund without question if you are dissatisfied in any way prior to the
product being opened. (Notification within 7 days of receipt please).
We regret we cannot offer a refund once the product has been opened or used.
If there is any defect in the product on receipt, once opened, then it may be returned to us for a
refund at that time.

Important note on returning fragrances: Please check your fragrance orders carefully, as fragrances can NOT be returned under any circumstances due to international aviation restrictions. |
Important: In order to return merchandise, you must obtain an RMA number by contacting our customer service department.
If this number is not included, we will be unable to process your return.
Steps for Returning:
- Please contact us for merchandise return request.
- We will issue you RMA instructions and inform you where to send your merchandise back for a refund.
- We will also send you intructions on how to email or fax us a copy of your receipt after returning your product in the mail.
- Upon receipt of your RMA, we will issue you a refund. Please note that it may take up to 6-8 weeks for returned parcels to be received.

Claims On Orders Not Received
If you don't receive your package over 15 business days after receiving the Post Ref # or Tracking Number we give you, please have the tracking number (Registered Post Ref #) and check with your local post office right away.
Disclaimer
Please understand that delivery is the responsibility of the recipient's local post office and the recipient, and we can do nothing to aid delivery of our orders once they leave our warehouse.
After the recipient has been contacted by his/her local post office, or delivery has been attempted by the local post office, it is the responsibility of the recipient to contact the local post office to arrange for delivery or pick up of an order.
Orders with a Post Reference number beginning with RR or RA are sent by Registered Airmail. The reference number can be used to enquire at the recipient's local post office after about 10 working days to see if your package has arrived.
Orders with a Post Reference number beginning with EE are sent by Speedpost. Orders can be tracked using the Post Reference number at Speedpost Package Tracking.
If an order is unclaimed or returned by the local post office to the sender, we cannot reship or issue a refund until the package has been returned to us and we've received the returned package. Please also note that it can take several weeks for parcels to be returned.
